Magalie creates handwoven textiles for the home using traditional loom techniques. Her designs are deeply motivated by her love of color, pattern and texture. In a world where fast-fashion rules to weave is to reject this modern philosophy. For Magalie, to weave is to rejoice in the simple meditative moments sitting at the loom, watching colors interact and patterns emerge slowly, thread by thread. The result is an object imbued with intention and study. Her hope is to provide a similar experience of joy for others when they interact with her pieces.

Anne is an interdisciplinary artist born in Wales and now living in Cumberland. Her work focuses on how crafted objects might allow us to experience connection with each other, our environments and other life forms.
